Crash Test is a Torchbearer.

Crash Test died at some point. The memory of witnessing her death would weigh heavy on future Torchbearer leader Pyra Magna. Ghost Stories

"Crash Test" was a preliminary name for Dust Up, hence getting recycled for another Torchbearer. The Fun Publications-created Decepticon was named for the same source.
