Borebit is one of the Autobots under Perceptor's command on Cybertron.

Borebit, along with Corkscrew, was used to burrow into Darkmount during the Autobots' attack to destroy the space bridge.

Borebit was once a member of the Primal Vanguard. His spare drill bit found its way into the collection of Ironfist, avid Vanguard fan. Notes
- Which driller is Borebit is never clarified. It's possible he's the one on the right simply because of the whole left-to-right reading structure of English, as his name is given second. That both robots only appear in silhouette doesn't help.
- While the DJD love killing Autobots too, Borebit's IDW self was most likely a Decepticon if Tesarus was doing him in.
