Julio Lopez, codenamed Gulliver, is an agent of M.A.S.K., functioning as the driver of the Jackhammer vehicle and sometimes the Rhino vehicle.

During M.A.S.K.'s mission engaging the Autobots Kup and Aileron at Mount Olympus, Lopez drove the Rhino along with Bruno Sheppard. - Lopez pinches his IDW stuff from several other M.A.S.K guys: Gulliver was originally the name of the mask worn by Calhoun Burns, while the Jackhammer was driven by Cliff Dagger and the Rhino was driven by Alex Sector.
