This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Abdominus was one of the five Combicons. He'll form the head.

Early on in the war, Abdominus and four other Decepticons were drafted into an experimental research project aimed at creating a workable, combat-ready Combiner. All of them received new limb-based alternate modes as part of the experiment. Fellow Combicon Ambulon eventually defected to the Autobots, and the project was seemingly abandoned.
