This article is about the leader of the Terradores. For the leader of the Destructons who has the most ridiculously awesome name in the history of Transformers, see Lord Imperious Delirious.
Imperius Drax is a Terradore from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
You can't see me!

This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.

Leader of the cloak-wearing, staff-wielding Terradore faction of Stentarians, who have been fighting their enemies the Ammonites for sixteen million years, the Eternal Sovereign Imperius Drax stands out from his fellows by sporting both a cowl and a golden staff. He is a diminutive 'bot, standing around "knee-high" to the average Transformer.

Fiction

2005 IDW continuity

Accompanied by the Terradorian Imperial Guard, Drax tracked a group of Ammonites to Hedonia. After landing his warcruiser on the planet, he was confronted by the Autobot Whirl who promptly killed him and declared the war over. (Actually, he ended the everlasting stalemate and cleared the way for a hardliner to run the Terradores, but that ain't Whirl's problem!) Little Victories

Ask Sideways

After hijacking Vector Prime's Axiom Nexus News column, known liar Sideways claimed that the Golden Staff of Imperius Drax was among Megatronus's collection of antique weapons in the Realm of the Primes. Ask Sideways, 2015/07/02 Sideways also claimed Axer was a hypocrite because he once talked openly about a time that he and a Terradore were doing something (censored by the Axiom Nexus Auto-Censors) in front of Imperius Drax. Ask Sideways, 2015/07/05

Notes

  • Given that the Terradores are known to the galaxy at large as the Heroic Terradores, Imperius Drax was presumably their equivalent of Optimus Prime.
