The table is magic.

Community is a television show.

Fiction

2005 IDW continuity

After downloading and reviewing the entirety of human culture, one of Swerve's "three bold and shining truths" was that season four of Community was a "misstep" due to the firing of somebody named Dan. The Sensuous Frame

Later, when the crew of the Lost Light searched for Swerve on a holomatter-projected Earth created by him, they met a guy wearing a "Greendale" T-shirt, learned crises are solved by a game of paintball, and investigated a table in a study room. The One Where They Go to Earth

Notes

  • James Roberts had an unplanned reflection of Community in "How Bright Their Frail Deeds": as happened every so often in Community, we see what the main cast look like to other people and what they look like are arseholes.[1]
  • In a fun wrinkle, Community first aired in September 2009 and in IDW's continuity, that means it aired the year after a year-long Decepticon invasion where hundreds of millions of people died. We bet that made for some wacky subplots!
