Allodyne Logic Systems is a weapons manufacturing company in league with Skywatch. Together with Dynomic and Darkmatter Logic, they're responsible for inventing Skywatch's crash suits.

Colonel Horiuchi had loyalists in Allodyne who secretly helped design the badges he needed for his plan to control the Autobots.
