The European Union Alternative Energy Research Center (French: Union Européenne Centre de Recherches d'Énergie Alternative) is a facility in Europe where humans research new sources of energy.

As part of a plot to take Decepticon leadership away from Megatron, Ramjet dropped flyers advertising a "competition" for €50,000. In actuality, the euro sign on the paper were autonomous bugs that attached themselves to the Center's computers.
