Dragon's Bane is a supposedly magical concoction used by the sixth-century human wizard, Beorht. Its ingredients include sulfur, rock salt, seagull droppings, and charcoal.
Fiction
The Transformers cartoon
As Beorht approached the Dragon Mound with a group of time-travelling Transformers, he warned them that the mound was inhabited by a wandering dragon. Luckily he had a full bag of Dragon's Bane handy for just such an eventuality. When the dragon put in an appearance and started breathing fire at them, Beorht tossed the bag to Warpath, who threw it directly at the dragon.
