Iacon's Xeno-Quarter takes up almost a fifth of the city, a a sprawling ethnic enclave that's populated by organic immigrants that include the A'ovan, Akalouthan, and Voin. Other notable points of interest include the A'ovan habitat, an arcology designed to replicate the lost biosphere of their homeworld.
