After creating a series of short films released via YouTube, he got a role as one of the main cast on MTV's Teen Wolf TV series, and was cast in the lead role of Thomas in the Maze Runner film trilogy. Other films he has featured in include American Assassin, Deepwater Horizon, Monster Problems and The Education of Fredrick Fitzell.
