Not much is known about Reci P. Cooker, even less about what recipes their cookbook alt-mode might contain. Some might pertain to the pepper and onion featured on Reci's cover, but that might be a bit presumptuous.
Regardless, it is safe to assume that the energon radiation that granted other BotBots life also granted Reci P. Cooker's their spark.
