- The Conclave of Representatives is a group from the 2005 IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Established by Optimus Prime after the fall of the Grand Convocation, the Conclave of Representatives is yet another attempt to introduce a more democratic form of government for Cybertron.

2005 IDW continuity
While Hot Rod and a pal watched, the news reported that the Conclave had finished their report into the Harmonex atrocity and were still forbidding civilian access to the ruins. Hot Rod's friend asked him if he thought the Conclave were any better than the last few governments, and Hot Rod admitted he didn't know about the Reps: he just assumed Optimus Prime was better.
