Wallace E. Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American voice actor. Among his better-known roles are Kotetsu T. Kaburagi/Wild Tiger on Tiger & Bunny, Brago on Zatch Bell!, the Almighty Tallest Red on Invader Zim, Hank Pym (AKA Ant Man/Giant Man) and MODOK on Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Rufus Shinra in most Final Fantasy VII media, Cubot in the Sonic the Hedgehog series (opposite Kirk Thornton's Orbot), Renji Abarai on Bleach, and the Riddler in the Batman: Arkham video game series. He is the current voice of Jon Arbuckle in The Garfield Show.
