Cosmos is an Autobot under Ultra Magnus's command and a positive-minded 'bot who's always cheering his friends up, even in the midst of battle. Tasked with recon and communication, he acts as eye in the sky for Magnus's elite unit, coordinating their operations from afar, and sometimes uses his size to carry injured allies to safety within himself.
