V.E.N.O.M., short for Vicious Evil Network Of Mayhem, was a criminal organization formed by Miles Mayhem. It utilised stolen technology from Matt Trakker and sometimes former operatives of M.A.S.K., who became their chief opponents.

Fiction
IDW 2005 Continuity
Wanting to keep his plans under wraps during the Cybertronian occupation of Earth, Mayhem kept Vanessa Warfield, Sly Rax, and Bruno Sheppard as candidates around as part of his M.A.S.K. unit. The Divine Source of Liberty During the battle against Baron Karza, the various V.E.N.O.M. agents were believed to be deceased, with Mayhem seemingly crashing his Switchblade vehicle and the others disappearing following the spacebridge explosion. Valley Forge (They were not.)
