Gilbert Levy (b. November 20, 1949) is a French actor and voice director specialized in dubbing.
He is the regular French voice of Colm Meaney and Randy Quaid.
He is mostly known for being the French voice of characters in The Simpsons, like Moe Szyslak, Lenny, Willie, professor Frink, Cletus, and for his voices in South Park (Jimbo, Jimmy, M. Mackey and the singing voice in the opening).
He is also the French voice of Harvey Bullock in most of the Batman cartoons.
