The two-headed Seeker is a very unfortunate Decepticon Seeker from the Cyberverse continuity family.
They say two heads are better than one, but how does it fart?

The two-headed Seeker is an abomination of science—er, he? they? is a Seeker who happens to have two heads. Yes, you guessed correctly, this Seeker is Shockwave's fault.

When Optimus Prime and Bumblebee arrived at Megatron's base to request an audience with Optimus's old friend, among the unsettling encounters they had on their way through the base to Megatron's sanctum was the sight of Shockwave working on his latest scientific experiment: a Seeker with not one, but two heads!
