Synopsis
In the year 2005, the Battle of Autobot City rages on. The Decepticon Combiner, Devastator has broken his way into the city. He does not, however, go unchallenged, as Ultra Magnus comes to a halt right in from of him, carrying Tracks, Sideswipe, and Red Alert on his trailer. Transforming, the four manage to pour in enough fire to cause the massive Decepticon to separate into the individual Constructicons. Continuity notes
- The Autobot City battle pages are directly based on a set of storyboards for a deleted scene from The Transformers: The Movie down to the individual panels.
- Additionally, Runamuck and Runabout recount Prime and Megatron's fight, and Galvatron's creation, also from The Transformers: The Movie.
- Galvatron was driven insane by the plasma baths of Thrull, as seen in Transformers episode "Five Faces of Darkness, Part 2".
- The majority of the Decepticon army fled into space after the events of "The Rebirth".
- Runamuck claims that Galvatron was "crazier than a Three-headed Nullusceran", giving a species name to one of the patients seen in "Webworld", a three-headed alien who claimed he had no head.
