Unknown to surface dwellers, the arthropods live within the Argon Sea, living upon the kelp-like metallic structures within.

Fiction

Cyberverse cartoon

Bumblebee and Chromia passed by several arthropods while searching the sea for an abducted Windblade. Bumblebee reacted with surprise at their existence, but noted their beauty. Dweller In The Depths

Notes

  • Given the large lobes on the side of the arthropods, they appear based on the Cambrian period radiodont Anomalocaris canadensis.
  • The name of these creatures was never given on screen, but was given in a tweet by the show's director.[1].
