Luiz Carlos Persy (b. ???) is a Brazilian actor and voice actor. His acting roles include the television series Força-Tarefa, while his dubbing work includes Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort in Harry Potter, Mickey Rourke in several movies and Lex Luthor in Justice League.
