Alan Kupperberg (May 18, 1953July 16, 2015) was an American comics artist. Most of Kupperberg's work was for Marvel Comics, on books like Invaders, Avengers, and What If?. He also wrote, drew, inked and lettered infamous one-shot Obnoxio the Clown vs. the X-Men for them. He also did extensive work for short-lived '70s publisher Atlas Comics, and drew Justice League of America and Blue Devil for DC. More recently, he drew the syndicated comic strip (Little Orphan) Annie from 2002-2004.

He died on July 16th 2015 following a long battle with cancer.
