- This may be a reference to Marvel's Microverse. Follow the logic: the Microverse was where the superheroic Micronauts hailed from; the Micronauts toyline was an imported version of the Takara toyline Microman; Ga'mede is a Microman mold.

- Any connection to the similarly-named inner space in the United story "The Fierce Fighting on Planet Nebulos" is unknown.
