- Clout is a Decepticon-allied Cyclone Mini-Con from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Clout loves a good fight. So much so that this headstrong Cyclone often picks fights out of the blue for no reason other than boredom. Typically his target is fellow Mini-Con Bludgeon, though Bludgeon's just as likely to be the instigator in a tussle with Clout.
