Khyber is an alien bounty hunter and one of Ben 10's enemies.

Ask Vector Prime
Vector Prime had speculated that Khyber's home reality, located somewhere beyond the multiverse, may have interacted with a Malgus cluster universe at some point, allowing him to collect a number of Cybertronian artifacts. Among them are Grimlock's sword and Lockdown's hook. Ask Vector Prime
