Notes

Character models for Jerrica and Kimber Benton were recycled to make crowd fillers in the Transformers episode "B.O.T.".
The same scripts that were used for the Transformers public service announcements were recycled for several Jem PSAs (the scripts were originally used for G.I. Joe PSAs, in fact).
Jem and The Transformers share the character of Hector Ramirez.
The model for Optimus Prime's truck mode was re-used in two Jem episodes. "Journey Through Time" saw a blue-grey repaint of the model transporting Synergy to Woodstock in 1969. In "Out Of The Past" the model is used in a flashback. As Emmett Benton has clothes, instruments and a car offloaded and moved into the vacant Starlight Drive-In. Where his daughters would find them, and Synergy, after his death in the first episode.
Prime Megatron starred in a commercial that featured clips of various shows airing on The Hub, including the original Jem cartoon.
