Just like his Targetmaster partner, Pointpointer is obsessed with avoiding waste. But where Crosshairs is mainly concerned with waste with regards to combat and ammunition, Pinpointer is focused on avoiding waste in all things, be it natural resources, movement or even the amount of words used in a conversation.
