Klaus Lochthove (b. ????, 1953) is a German actor and voice actor. As a voice actor, he's done an extended series of incidental characters in franchises like Law & Order, and he's also been active with various DC Comics projects and the Detective Conan franchise. He also voiced Fitor in Challenge of the GoBots.
