Bullwark is a Decepticon from the Kre-O continuity family.
Their torso looks like a sad cartoon dog face.

Bullwark is solid!

Fiction

Ask Vector Prime

Bullwark was presumably part of Obsidian when Obsidian and Volcanicon joined Bio Ranger Iga's Thirteen Great Demon Generals. Ask Vector Prime, 27 June 2015

Toys

Kre-O

  • Obsidian (Micro-Changer Combiner, 2014)
    • Set number: A7829
    • Pieces: 75
    • Accessories: 2 jagged blades
Kre-O Bullwark is a Micro-Changer Kreon who can be rebuilt from a robot into some kind of insect-thing. Their parts can also be used to make the super robot Obsidian; their torso and head are used for the combiner's core, while their legs go to make their left "hand".
They reuse Sentinel Prime's helmet.
Bullwark is only available as part of the Obsidian Micro-Changer Combiner set, along with Freefall, Hemocron, and Stronghorn, which—like all Age of Extinction-branded Kre-O sets—was available exclusively at Toys"R"Us stores in the U.S.

Notes

  • In real life, the English noun bulwark has only one "l".
  • The box-art render of Obsidian shows them using Stronghorn's head and Freefall's legs in the place of Bullwark's head and legs as shown in the instructions. We're going with how the instructions tell us to build, but hey, go nuts if you wanna go all package-arty instead.
  • The Kre-O website listed the "Firewing" components as Freefall, Piledriver, Stronghorn, and Blacktop... despite there being a photo of the package with the final names. While it's not explicit, it seems "Blacktop" was a working name for Bullwark.[1]
