The Cyberutopians were an organization that opposed the Senate on pre-war Cybertron. They presumably have a link to the legend of Cyberutopia.

[edit]Senator Ratbat listed the Cyberutopians, the Militant Monoform Movement, and the Malware Brigade as examples of Senate-hostile groups the Senators could get rid of by implementing the Clampdown.
