He was offered at Japanese Toys"R"Us stores for purchasing 3,000 yen of Transformers toys on February 25 of 2012, and was limited to 4000 pieces.

Notes
- As is typical for Takara's promotional Microns, Vector Oracle's continuity of origin was fairly vague. He's a gift with the purchase of Dark of the Moon toys, but is specifically labeled an "Arms Micron", a (so far) Prime-only group. Complicating matters, his instructions show his weapon mode being held by United Kup.
- Currently, there is no direct indication as to what side Vector Oracle fights on. However, given the name (and the Kup thing from before), odds are, he's a good guy.
