He was offered at Japanese Toys"R"Us stores for purchasing 3,000 yen of Transformers toys on February 25 of 2012, and was limited to 4000 pieces.

Initially announced as a gift with the purchase of Dark of the Moon toys,[1] his instructions lacked any kind of series subtitle, sporting just a nondescript Transformers logo.[2] He is also labeled as an Arms Micron, a term that uniquely referred to Targetmaster-style Mini-Cons of the Prime and Go! series, the former of which was just beginning at the time of Vector Oracle's release. But, his instructions also show his weapon mode being held by United Kup.
