- Rotorbolt is a Autobot Targetmaster from the United EX portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Rotorbolt (ローターボルト Rōtāboruto) is the robotic Targetmaster partner to the Power Core Combiner Autobot operating under the code name "Marinemaster".

- Available only in the Versus pack with his larger partner (as well as the Decepticons Tankmaster and Wheezel), Rotorbolt is a redeco of the Power Core Combiners Mini-Con Waterlog. He transforms from a humanoid robot into a hand-held double-barreled blaster, a vehicle-mounted double-barreled blaster, or chest armor for any toy with a Powerlinx plug on their chest.
- This mold was also used to make Prime Pinpointer.
