Used to be called Porygon Pictures... until all the seizures happened.

Polygon Pictures (株式会社ポリゴン・ピクチュアズ, Kabushiki Gaisha Polygon Pictures) is a Japanese CG animation studio that produces work for television, theatrical, and video game markets.

In terms of anime, they produced CG animation for Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence, the Mamoru Oshii film The Sky Crawlers, and Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters. So far as outsourcing is concerned, they were utilized by Disney as the animators for Tron: Uprising, My Friends Tigger and Pooh, and Star Wars Resistance.

For video games, they produced animation for Onimusha 2, Street Fighter IV, and Metroid: Other M.

Notes

  • According to the producers, during the production of Prime, Miko was Polygon Pictures' favourite character, so they added more expressive motions to even her simplest actions in the script.<ref>ToonZone season 1 interview</ref>
