| The [[Three Wise Ones]]' Water Gem of Stillness was located in a cave system beneath Lake Sagan. When the six elemental gems became unbalanced, it caused rain to stop falling in Sunatoria which in turn led to Lake Sagan drying up, cluing the [[Beastformer]]s in on its location. A party of five Beastformers traveled to the dried up lakebed and searched for the gem, and may or may not have succeeded in recovering it. {{storylink|The Water Gem of Stillness}} Some time later, the underground-dwelling [[Laser Beast]]s invaded Sunatoria by using the same cave system to reach the still dried up Lake Sagan. {{storylink|Beastformers VS Laser Beasts}}
