Maurice Decoster is a French actor, very active in dubbing.
He is the regular French voice of Ben Stiller (he dubbed him in around 30 films and series), but also Will Ferrell, Martin Cummins, Rob Estes, Benjamin Bratt and is sometimes the voice of Steve Carell and Matt Dillon.
