Acid Bats were among the many defense mechanisms Wheeljack had installed in Earthbase. Prowl had to get past them when the Autobots were all locked out of their own base. He managed to dodge them for a bit, then the Aerialbots helped him out by shooting and destroying the drones. The House that Wheeljack Built!
