Nexus Seven is a planet from the Marvel Generation 2 portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Nexus Seven, dubbed Outpost B-67 by the Cybertronian Empire, is a planet inhabited by a high-class civilization of blue, scrawny aliens with red eyes.
