[edit]As Go-Bots became more and more ubiquitous in human society, the United States military began tinkering with the first of the Asimov Laws, allowing their androids to use lethal force when their human partner authorized it. Unbeknownst to the military, this coding wirelessly spread from Go-Bot to Go-Bot, giving them a desire to bring harm to the humans. Concurrently, private entrepreneur, T. Coriander Banks hired a scientist to increase the bloodlust on several Go-Bots so he could pit them against one another in gladiatorial combat. When the military coding reached the underground fighters, the Go-Bots rose up against their organic creators.
Unaware of what was happening, Scooter, Turbo, A.J. Foster, and Matt Hunter made their way to the Tonka Building to try and reverse the presumed degradation of the G-chip. When they arrived, the single remaining technician informed them the G-chips were not malfunctioning but that the chaos outside was merely evolution before he fled into the night. When the quartet found Banks, tied up by Stretch, he informed them of his role in the G-chip's shutdown before he passed from his wounds. Go-Bots #1 Go-Bots #2
