Notes

- Character models for Jerrica and Kimber Benton were recycled to make crowd fillers in the Transformers episode "B.O.T.".
- The same scripts that were used for the Transformers public service announcements were recycled for several Jem PSAs (the scripts were originally used for G.I. Joe PSAs, in fact).
- Jem and The Transformers share the character of Hector Ramirez.
- The model for Optimus Prime's truck mode was re-used in two Jem episodes. "Journey Through Time" saw a blue-grey repaint of the model transporting Synergy to Woodstock in 1969. In "Out Of The Past" the model is used in a flashback. As Emmett Benton has clothes, instruments and a car offloaded and moved into the vacant Starlight Drive-In. Where his daughters would find them, and Synergy, after his death in the first episode.
- Prime Megatron starred in a commercial that featured clips of various shows airing on The Hub, including the original Jem cartoon.
- Speaking of Prime, an aborted plan was to do a Unit:E crossover off the back of it that would include (and relaunch) Jem.<ref>TF2005.com "More tidbits from a friend of mine who took notes at the panel: ... TFP was going to lead into a massive Avengers style Unit: E crossover to jumpstart the other brands participating. Ratchet and Fowler from TFP; Duke from GI Joe; Synergy from Jem and the Holograms; Princess Lollipop from Candyland; also characters from M.A.S.K., Stretch Armstrong, Micronauts, Sectaurs, Primordia (the renamed Inhumanoids), and more."</ref>
