Optimus Prime informed Kup of the Plasma Energy Chamber's location when Galvatron stole its key. Kup, befuddled as to what the chamber is, was ignored by Optimus as he mentioned that it was located twelve levels below the illustrious Generator C. He then continued to explain the importance of the lesser Plasma Energy Chamber to Ultra Magnus.
Kup later traveled to, where else, twelve levels below Generator C, just like Prime said! The Rebirth, Part 1
