Prowl-Bot is a Go-Bot from the Go-Bots portion of the Go-Bots continuity family.
Mock the face and he'll give you the other guy's ticket, too.

In his desire to help out others, Prowl-Bot picked a high-octane police cruiser as his alternate mode. Now he can get to trouble spots fast and lend a hand to those who need it.

A retool of the first Speed-Bot toy, Prowl-Bot transforms into a sports car with police markings and colored lights on top. Some versions of Prowl-Bot have one red and one blue eye and the "POLICE" text on only one door; others have two red eyes and "POLICE" written on both doors. He was released in Japan as Smith with minor deco changes.
This mold was also used to make Fire-Bot, Robert and Cop-Bot. The original version of this mold was used for Speed-Bot, Mototron, Aero-Bot II, Kid and Ted, and it was further retooled to make Taxi-Bot.
