I really don't agree with listing "Slicer" as a new character; if he was meant to be an SG version of Slicer, Bove's past colorations of "new" SG guys have all been just random colors, and I can't imagine that it wasn't meant to be Wheeljack given that most of the characters Lore has written have just been "evil versions of their normal selves" and this guy's a scientist.
