Memphis Airport is unsurprisingly enough, an airport located in Memphis.

Shockwave and Megatron fought each other at Memphis Airport, unaware that their respective lieutenants Starscream and Soundwave were using the opportunity to join forces behind their backs and betray them. While the air traffic controllers in the airport's tower took bets on which of the giant robots would win, Starscream called in an anonymous tip to Grimlock's Earthforce, who arrived to drive away the Decepticons.
