Rika Morinaga (森永 理科 Morinaga Rika), born April 25, 1980 in Tokyo, is a Japanese voice actress and singer, known for playing Makoto in Minami-ke, Souseiseki in Rozen Maiden (alongside Suiseiseki) and Rita in Tales of Vesperia. Under the stage name "le;ka", she's also a member of the goth rock band "function code();".
Sometimes she romanizes her name as Lika, but not always.
