Sea Panic (シーパニック Shī Panikku) is a humpback whale specializing in marine assault. While his strength, capable of causing tsunami, is great, Sea Panic suffers from an one-track mind and is quick to anger. Such anger leads to intense violence, where Sea Panic destroys anything within reach. Thankfully for his comrades, Sea Panic's simple mind also makes it easy to cool down the beast.

Sea Panic can cause surges to sweep away the enemy's ships with his Fish Gobble Laser.

Beastformers comic

During their war with the Beastformers, Sea Panic and a group of Laser Beasts attacked an enemy encampment only be sent fleeing when Rabbit Kid and Bombsheep arrived with their Hunters. Beastformers VS Laser Beasts

Legends comic

Sea Panic was part of the final battle between the Beastformers and the Laser Beasts for Beast in 2023. He watched as a portal opened to reveal 2021-based Transformers and their allies fleeing the end of the Legends World. The Road to Legends' Revival Chapter 1

In 2038, the then-peaceful Beast was invaded by Galvatron II's Decepticons. Sea Panic was part of the joint Beastformer-Laser Beast alliance that fought against the invaders. The Road to Legends' Revival Chapter 3

Beast Wars: Uprising

Sea Panic was a known troublemaker in Peptex, a dock worker who peddled drugs on the side. He was part of a riot during the Grand Uprising and afterwards, he thought it'd be a laugh to take a 'we survived!' selfie with the riot cop Betabear. He stopped thinking this when Betabear, full of battle-raged, tried to kill him and Stiletto had to put her partner down.

After mnemosurgery, she thought she'd whacked Sea Panic instead. (She never ran into him in Peptex which bodes ill for what happened to him during the MCSF's coverup...) Burning Bridges

Part of the second —and rarer— assortment of Takara's Beastformers individually-boxed Laser Beasts, Sea Panic is an anthropomorphic humpback whale in high-tech green armor. He has a transparent orb in his torso, revealing the elemental power of Fire, Water, or Wood when you look through it into a light source.

Nominally, he comes with the whale-themed "Drill Turning Laser" blaster. However, there is also a chance he could come with the weapon from one of the other 11 Laser Beasts in his shipping case; matching the Beasts with their same-numbered weapons was part of the "role-playing game" attached to the line, encouraging kids to buy more of the toys.

This toy was actually released in Hasbro's Battle Beasts line as part of the "Shadow Warriors" series, but in an exceptionally limited capacity, and only in parts of Europe. It was released on an individual card as a "Battle Charger", coming with a unique narwhal-themed shield and a purple version of the W Battler sled, a color not available in any other set. Naturally, this makes this version very expensive to obtain, moreso than the Takara release.
