Synopsis
It's person in room's burthday and the Party Favors are throwing a birthday bash! Richmond Cakesmore will bring his chocolate noun while Buffloon will help use balloons to make the mall look festive. Shifty Gifty is in charge of presents while Wah-Waaah the Clown hires celebrity to entertain the guests. Finally Razzle Tazzeled has planned all sorts of games like Pin the noun on the animal.
