Townsend has done voices for many, many cartoons including Inspector Gadget (playing Corporal Capeman), Fraggle Rock, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (playing Michaelangelo), Jem, Batman: The Animated Series, and the new Superman: Doomsday direct to video movie. Townsend Coleman is arguably best known for his role as the title character in The Tick animated series (coincidentally also voice directed by Susan Blu).
