- Rarto is a Tlalakan from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Rarto is a Tlalakan. Like the others of his kind, he can use the Well of Transformation to adopt any form he likes, though he usually sticks with either humanoid or merman. He has bombs.
A rebel amongst his people, he totally eschews the wearing of any sort of head dress, though he does wear his hair in a fetching bun.

Rarto was among a group of Tlalakans taken prisoner by Deceptitran and forced to work on the Decepticon drone's floating city. He was part of the subsequent escape led by Mok. After arriving back at the Tlalakan underwater city, the first thing he did was fetch some bombs, so that the Autobots could rescue one of their number. Sea Change
