Wasteoid Gamma was among the Junkions that attacked the Autobots stranded on their planet. Many Wasteoid Gammas riding other Junkions passed a pair of Junkheaps being yanked apart while trying to lasso Springer.
The arrival of a shuttle interrupted the battle, and as Hot Rod's party emptied their ship, Wasteoid Gamma walked up next to Wreck-Gar in case the new arrivals would be hostile and his leader would need help. Notes
- Wasteoid Gamma was never named in any fiction; his name (and the names of many other Junkions) comes from character designer's notes, revealed in Transformers: The Complete Ark.
- Wasteoid Gamma's character model features the same arms as Junkyard, Ashtray, and HAZMAT, the same legs as Junkyard, Greasestain, and HAZMAT, and features an entirely new torso and head design.
